re: JSTOR moving wall wording in OPAC

For this situation, we use this phrasing in our LIB HAS notes:  v. 5- 1998- 
[most recent 2 years not available]  Also, as Sue indicated, we try to be 
consistent in
using the same pattern in notes for "moving walls"
