- Subject: Innopac printing problem *after* 2002 Phase 3
Anyone else having this problem, or are we just going crazy here?
After our recent upgrade to Phase 3, printing a report from Innopac (like an
inventory report) to the "attached printer" sends 2 copies. I checked the
printer settings in Win control panel, and yes, it is set to 1 copy.
Not a problem for small things, but a big report going twice is a bit much.
Are there hidden settings anywhere else for number of copies?
