new URL for list maintenance

With the upgrade of the web site and list server, the URL for 
maintaining your list accounts has changed.

The new URL is
   http://www.innopacusers.org/mailman/listinfo/innopac

This is the address to use when you need to set your account for 
"nomail" or to start your mail back up again. Many new features that 
some users have requested are now available as well, such as opting to 
not have a password reminder sent to you each month (you can still have 
it sent to you if you forget) and masked email addresses when viewing 
the list of subscribers.

Please take note of this change and update your bookmarks, favorites, 
local web sites, etc.

And many thanks to our site engineer/webmaster Caleb Tucker-Raymond for 
making this transition go so easily!
