How does one add a patron type into millennium other templates?

Dear everyone:

I have just add a new patron type "guest" for those short term patrons, but
I did not find a way to add this type into Millennium
Circ. When I try to add a new patron in to the record, there are still old
patron type there.
I really appreciate it if someone can help me out. Thanks
