Hello Suzen,
Recently, a patron record disappeared from our system. It had not been
deleted by any staff member. There were items checked out to the patron and
we discovered the problem when we tried to renew the items. We tried many
ways to search for the patron's record, but none worked. After opening a
call with the Innovative Help Desk the patron record was restored. However,
we have no idea how it disappeared in the first place. We were totally
baffled given our assumption that it is not possible to delete a patron
record when items are still checked out on the record.
I would suggest you contact the Help Desk and ask them to fix the problem
for you.

I noticed that some of the patron record was deleted from our system by
itself. I tried to search by barcode #, Name but there is nothing. I don't
know how this happened. is there anyone experience this problem before?. I
