Integrating Innovative web interface with library web site

Hello,
Our library would like to integrate Innovative web interface with the
library web site.  Specifically, we would like to accomplish at least
the following three tasks, and we are open to other innovative ideas.
If your library has accomplished what we want to do or you have come
across sample library pages, would you please email me?  

What we would like to accomplish--
(1) Add a Catalog Quick Search box onto every page of our web site.
(2) Provide a Library Account Login box on every page of our web site.
After a patron logs in, display brief account summary (e.g. number of
items checked out, number of items on reserve, and amount of fines due)
on the rest pages during his login session.
(3) Incorporate Advanced Catalog Search into the template of our web
page (i.e., with library web site's navigation bar/column displayed
around the Advanced Catalog Search area and around the Search Result
area, etc.)
Our new library web site will be database-driven, and it is under
construction.  We will be migrating to Innovative Millennium during the
next 6 months.  We would like to get advice on how to integrate the two
early in our planning stage.  
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
