Greetings.
Yes, we had an unknown amount of patron records dropped.  Also, bib and item records were also dropped.  We thought it was because our server was quite old - 8 years old. The problem was never resolved by III. We upgraded our server and have had no problems.

Hi all,

I noticed that some of the patron record was deleted from our system by 
itself.  I tried to search by barcode #, Name but there is nothing. I don't 
know how this happened. is there anyone experience this problem before?. I 
appreciate any help
