Can I ask what version of MilAcq you are using when having the duplications
problems? We haven't begun to use MilAcq for orders yet, but will as soon
as we receive new computers after the new year. I have begun to use MilAcq
for creating and manipulating the fund structure however. I had a
duplication problem there. We are using phase 3. I created several new
and intricate fund hierarchies. I left my computer for lunch without
logging off and when I returned there was a whole duplicate fund
structure! I shut down and logged in the next day and it was still
there. I had to delete all the duplicate hierarchies. It has not happened
again so I never called it in as a work order. Carole
