Calls opened through CSDirect and email sent to the helpdesk@xxxxxxxxxx address are handled through an automated system that routes the call to the appropriate group for faster and more accurate customer service. If you have an attachment, screen shots, or other "non ASCII text" to send to Innovative, I would suggest waiting until the call is assigned to an actual person or group and then forward any documentation to that person.

Faxes sent to Innovative are routed through a central delivery point that serves the entire company. If you are sending a fax, make sure that you include:

the call tracking number
the name of the person working on your call
the email address or extension of the person working on the call

Just some helpful hints for making sure that documentation that is not part of an email reaches the intended destination.

I wonder why CSDirect falks do not allow us to add attachments to the call we open so we can add screen shots of the problem?
Many times I send faxes that find their way to the "Four Season" instead of the Help Desk!
