We are experiencing difficulty when patrons who are blocked due to fines,
recalls, etc. submit ILL requests through our III web interface.  In these
cases the old text-based system used to provide a message to the requester
saying "there is a problem with your record, please contact a librarian."
However, the web-based version of III doesn't provide this message.  The
patron's requests also never reach Millennium ILL.  I have been through the
Millennium manuals and have not found any mention of this issue. Can anyone
point me to somewhere within Millennium where this is controlled?  Thanks
for any suggestions.
