Steve-

This is an option that the Help Desk can set up for you. Either contact the Help Desk directly, or you can request this to be set up on your system using the "Service Commitments" on CSDirect. As far as I know this is something that Innovative must configure. We turned it on last month and we love it.

OK, I surrender! I have been all over csdirect and the latest manual
looking for documentation on setting up overnight link maintenance, and
I can't find it. Could some kind soul out there help me? I *know* I've
seen it before, but now I cannot find it for the life of me, no matter
what combination of keywords I try.

Many thanks!
