Millennium System Crash

On Wednesday 12/10/03 our system partially crashed for a total of 7 hours.
It turns out that there was a corrupted statistics file that caused all of
our client machines to be denied access to the server. The text based
Innopac worked fine, so did our webopac (Pac2). It turns out that the
previous night some extra review files were loaded on our system, III has
yet to inform me if this was indeed one of the loaded files that corrupted
our system or not. When I asked them initially if the new files could have
been corrupt and cause this I was told "no that isn't possible". Has anyone
else had an experience similar?
