Is the something special about the binary records?
I know that ebsco can provide you with standard
MARC records. I have loaded them as a test. Are these
to list the holdings of ebsco full-text databases?

Subject: Ebsco MARC Records
Greetings:
Ebsco sent our library MARC periodical records that we want to import into
our Millennium system. Ebsco calls them Ebsco/Retro MARC format Records. The
records are in Binary format and neither Ebsco nor III has been able to
provide any insight or information on how to import these records except to
say that we "overlay" the records, we do not use a load table.
Has any other libraries been able to import binary MARC records from Ebsco
successfully? If so, please share your experience.
Thanks
