Determining FY expenditures by serial title

I was recently able to create a list of all serials for which our library 
paid during FY2002/03.  By using the Statistics feature in Millennium 
Serials (Phase III), I was able to break-down these expenses by fund.  I 
would further like to break-down these FY expenditures by title, but I am 
having some difficulty.  Through the text-based system (this option is not 
currently available in Millennium), I am able to export all payments made 
for each title during this time.  Unfortunately, rather than just getting 
the annual payment, I am getting a separate column for each payment.  I 
would be able to work with this, but each column contains complete invoice 
information (payment date, invoice date, note, etc.) rather than just the 
amount of each invoice.  Does anybody have any suggestions?
