Janet,

We have recently been working on setting up Preferred Searches email notification as well. The Subject line for these emails can be customized by Innovative. We have ours set to "Preferred Search Titles Now Being Processed".

When patrons are alerted to perferred searches (which is what we are limiting email notification to at this point), the subject line on the email is III Explorer which can easily be mistaken for spam. Has anyone been able to change this III Explorer to the name of the library sending the email? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
