ALIS is a new site and we will not be going live until March, so I don't
represent myself an any kind of expert.

We are going to display OPACMSG.  We have renamed it ALERT and will display
RENTAL status as well as a number of other statuses such as DISPLAY CASE,
BOOK CLUB, NEW BOOK SHELF, etc.
