It doesn't actually replace the character based. We still have that functionality in character based. But MilStats is the Millennium equivalent of the character based, with some additional nifty features. For instance, I can schedule a stat report to run at a given time, so I can ask the system to run the item stats on the first day of the month before anyone arrives. We allow more people access to the Web Management reports than we do MilStats, since running a MilStats report takes up a license, as I understand it. I haven't really done a comparison between MilStats and Web Management, but you can get alot of the same info in both.

Is anyone using the Millennium statistics module that comes with phase 3? I understand it replaces the character based "Create statistical reports," but does it also replace Web Management Reports? Thank you to anyone who can clarify.
