Joseph,
Every once in a while one of our Percon scanners stop working; usually
if we go to the manual and re-initialize it by scanning the sample
barcode of the type we use (ours is CoBar 39) it works fine.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Once again we are having problems with our Percon scanners. 2 work
fine;
the other 2 will not send info to the pac. I have asked this before and
received responses that helped but, am I crazy or does anyone else have
NUMEROUS problems with them?
Thanks,
Joseph
