Percon Scanner Model# 42-000-00

Hi,
Once again we are having problems with our Percon scanners. 2 work fine; 
the other 2 will not send info to the pac. I have asked this before and 
received responses that helped but, am I crazy or does anyone else have 
NUMEROUS problems with them?
