Hello,
It's interesting that you should have this problem. In the past
two days I have had this same type of problem with two different serial
records. When searching by title in Millennium Serials the title will
be listed in the browse screen, but when you press Select it freezes the
session. I've placed Open Calls with Innovative. I have received
notice that one of the records reported has been fixed and after
checking it is now working properly. I would suggest opening a call
with Innovative.

Using Millennium 2002 Phase 3:

We're having a problem with MilSerials pulling up Times Literary
Supplement.
I can pull the record up in MilAcquisitions and it shows up in our OPAC
(http://library.trevecca.edu <http://library.trevecca.edu> ), but
MilSerials
will not bring up the record -- at all. It will list it when you do a
search by title but when you select it to open, nothing happens. I've
looked at other periodical records, so I know it's not the program
itself.
It's also happening on two different workstations (my office and the
Periodicals Librarian's office). I've tried "Free 'record in use by
system'", but it says that it's not in use. I've restarted MilSer a
couple
of times, but still nothing. Any words of advice??
