Amie,

We are on Phase 3. We just opened up a problem call with III  with this 
exact same problem. We were seeing it when we were running through the 
claim process. No news to report, just wanted to let you know we are seeing 
the same thing.

Here is the call we opened :

A Verifier Error is popping up while doing the claim scan. The exact 
message (attached) is
a popup box that says "Verifier Error" on the top bar and says "Field CKIN 
INFO is too long." Once the problem occurs the error message appears when 
accessing any of the tabs associated with the record and even trying to 
exit Millennium Serials the same popup box appears and does not allow an exit.
