Are you doing else else to the record (adding line notes, etc.) besides
checking-in? We've had similar problems in the past (this and "Verifier
Errors"), again related to pressing the "Enter" key on the keyboard rather
than clicking the "Submit" button when altering the note field. I was able
to exit these records by going into the summary, not saving changes, going
into the order record, and either browsing or closing from there.
