I have been working with Innovative and this configuration finally works for
us.

1. In the Forward Table remove all entries accept one. Your entry will look
something like this: NOTE THERE IS NO * IN FRONT OF THE IP ADDRESS FOR THIS
ENTRY!

1 > Token WOS
2 > IP Address/Host Name isi10.newisiknowledge.com
3 > Port 80
4 > Service Level 0
5 > Verify 3
6 > Valid Patron Types 000-003,007,014,016,021,023
7 > Valid Patron Home Libs
8 > Database Identifier
9 > Database Name WebofScience

Make sure that this is the only entry in the Forward Table. Restart the
webpacs and proxy servers.

2. Our URL is: http://0-isi10.newisiknowledge.com.<LIBRARY URL> In our case
this is: http://0-isi10.newisiknowledge.com.library.unh.edu/

This configuration has allowed users to mark items and then export, print,
and save as they wish.
My contact at Innovative who has worked this out is:
Vanessa Arce, Systems Librarian

Hope this helps.

Hello, all,

Just to clarify:
1) are the additional entries solving the problem with printing,
emailing and saving results,
or,
2) are they just solving the problems of accessing the service?

We are able to access the service with no problems, but we are still
unable to do anything with marked lists through the proxy server.

Our entries are:
isiknowledge.com
*.isiknowledge.com
*.isilinks.com
*.newisiknowledge.com
*.isiglobalnet.com
*.webofscience.com
*.isihost.com
*.jcrweb.com
*.isicc.com
*.isinet.com

We believe the problem is due to the way that the ISI server's cgi
program encodes the 'product_st_thomas' and 'return_url' components of
the frame URLs. EZProxy has fix [ http://ezproxy.com/support/db/isi.html
], but that, of course doesn't help us.

So, if anyone has been able to get the printing, emailing or saving of
results working, I'd love to hear how!

Thanks,
David
