Dear Innopacers: Just an amplification on the temporary solution that David Berona so kindly posted last month (I've pasted it below). This is probably obvious to all of you but we merrily used http://0-isi10.isiknowledge.com.ourlibrary.ourdomain.edu and continued to see problems with off-campus access. Once we substituted the number that *our* ISI account uses (isi3), things began working like a charm. Look and see what your account resolves to when you go to <http://isiknowledge.com>http://isiknowledge.com. Thanks again to you all for getting us onto the right track. /beth juhl * Date: Wed, 10 Sep 2003 09:05:17 -0400 * From: David Berona <<mailto:David.Berona@xxxxxxxxxx>David.Berona@xxxxxxxxxx> * Subject: RE: ISI and Proxy Rewrite Solution ---------- Thanks to Cynthia Saylor and Dan Pfohl at U North Carolina at Pembroke and for their help. What seemed to work is adding just one entry--*.isiknowledge.com-- in the WAM table for the IP address instead of all the other domains ISI recommended in the past and using <http://0-isi10.isiknowldege.com>http://0-isi10.isiknowldege.com <http://0-isi10.isiknowldege.com/> . with your library domain, for your URL..
