Printing labels from Millennium serials

Hi:
    My apologies if this is an old unresolved thread, I'm 
having a difficult time finding anyone who's successfully 
printing labels from serials. We've heard that a particular 
Okidata is what's needed, an upgrade from the one we have, 
but are reluctant to purchase one on the chance that it may 
work. If anyone is successfully printing labels at checkin 
from milser, please respond.
