We've seen and increase in Millennium jerkiness since upgrading to Phase
3.  We are not sure if it's because of switches on our campus (something
my network administrator is working on upgrading but one of our campuses
doesn't see it in the network stats but does experience the jerkiness)
or something in this update itself. (so we have a debate going...)    I
know that III was working on speeding up connects for millennium...we
just haven't see it yet.  Are we unique?  Have others experienced this?
