Thanks for all the suggestions for using FTS, Word macros, etc.  Our 
libraries don't have access to FTS, and if they have to do any 
manipulation in Word, they're probably better off sticking to listing 
records to e-mail for these quick-list projects.  It doesn't sound like 
there's anything simpler.  For larger or more complicated projects, the 
new Export function will work fine for us.

I guess what I want is not an enhancement to Export, but an enhancement 
to List, that would let us use the same options with  blank lines 
between records, displaying field labels and displaying meaning fo fixed 
fields instead of codes, etc., but that would allow us to save the 
output to a file...a file on the PC, not a file on the Innovative server.

We support literally hundreds of people using Create Lists, with new 
people getting training all the time, so we're always looking for ways 
to streamline things and simplify the training process.
