disappearing check-in card boxes

When we began using the Millennium Serials Module here approximately two
years ago we experienced the loss of an alarming amount of check-in boxes
most with a status of to bind, bind prep, or bound.   Today we are still
experiencing this loss and have yet to find the cause of the problem.  Our
IT personnel are working  on finding a source or solution to the problem and
they are in contact with Innopac personnel regarding this problem.  I would
very much appreciate feedback from anyone else who might be experiencing
this problem or have experienced this problem and found a solution.  One
more bit of background information that may or may not be pertinent:  There
are personnel here who use the older character based version of Innopac and
Millennium to accomplish their work.  However Serials and Binding personnel
here do not use the character based version of Innopac to access or work in
check-in records or cards.
