Thank you Gregg for responding to my request. It was the exact info I
needed.

Subject: Re: Loan Rule

Sure you can, by using the loan rule and the Hours Open table.

1. In the loan rule, assign it Code I (Hours, rounded to nearest hour,
no overnight loan allowed).
2. For the Normal Loan Period field, enter the value of what would be
the total number of hours between 11pm and the earliest time of the day
that a patron could checkout this item. For example, if you open at
8am, then enter the value 15 (i.e. 15 hours) or 16 just to be safe.
3. In the Hours Open table, for the location code assigned to this
collection, enter the hours that this collection is available for
checkout, making sure to enter 11pm (or 2300 in military time) as the
closing time.

Keep in mind though that these hours settings are based on the item
location code and if you have any other hourly circulating items that
share the same location code as this small research collection, they
would share those time settings.

I hope this helps!

Hi

We have a small research collection in the library and we would like to
make
everything due by 11:00pm each day, no matter what time it is
checked-out.
Is it possible to do this?
