- Subject: Mac - Millennium Serials box displays
Hello.
Does anyone else have trouble with "disappearing" text in Millennium Serials Checkin boxes when using a Macintosh (OS X 10.2.6; Release 2002 Phase 2)?
The initial display of the boxes is usually stable, but if we scroll or enlarge the viewing area, or return to all boxes after editing one, the text usually disappears from ALL the boxes. Pretty disconcerting.
We can sometimes (but not always) restore a stable display by using the Tools/View by line option, then going back to Tools/View again and chosing the box option. A time-consuming and unreliable workaround.
Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.
