We keep order records for an entire fiscal year. I believe that once an
item record has been attached and a date has been entered into the cat date
on the bib record it should say one copy in whatever location the item has
been catalogued for.
Ours say, on order, then in process, then 1 copy on shelf.
Hope this helps,
Sandy

Subject: Millennium Acquisition question

Using Millennium 2002 Phase 3:

Hi All,

Sorry to bother you all. I feel like I should know what to do with this,
but I'm not sure. In MilAcq, after an item has been fully paid for and then
goes through the process of cataloging, getting an attached item, how can we
get rid of the "In process" status once the item has been fully catalogued?
In other words, the order record still exists, even after the item has been
completely cataloged. Can I just delete the order record since it has been
fully paid for? For instance, the title "Focus on the Family Complete Guide
to Caring For Aging Loved Ones," shows up in our catalog as fully catalogued
(with item record attached) as well with an order record with a status of "1
copy being processed for Main Collection". Our OPAC address is
http://library.trevecca.edu <http://library.trevecca.edu> . Any advice
would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for this question that I should know on this Monday morning.
