No  - I think it will be the first release of 2003.  

The current release is 2002 phase 3.

After I sent my previous email about courtesy notices, Barbara Vance,
Product Manager at III confirmed that in the next release of Milcirc
there will be an optional new notice type for courtesy notices!
 
This will allow you to add to your loan rules the number of days before
an 
item is overdue that you want a notice queued, and the notice text to be
used.
 
This is great news for us!
