Taking Margaret's advice, we have decided to prefer PDF files for our 
e-reserves.  Others may be interested to know, however, that we upgraded to 
Phase 3 this morning, and are now able to use Media Viewer in the current 
versions of Explorer, Netscape, and Opera to print to a local printer.
