Marcive question

We have been processing our records through Marcive for several months, and have run into the following problem. Has anyone else had this? 
We find that, although Marcive says they are sending them to us, names AS SUBJECTS are not loading (ie. Italy as a subject). This seems to affect all 6xx fields.
