Hi Anne,
Each September, I request an alphabetical list of all students in our
district from the School District Office of Student Personnel. We also have
a number of private schools from which I also request student lists. The
district and the private schools are very accommodating and always send the
lists, usually within 1 week of the request. I always assure the schools
that the information they send us will be held in the strictest confidence
amd be used only to issue cards to the students.
Hope this helps.

contact me? I would very much like to discuss what issues you've dealt
with, etc.
