Karen,
We have been using Content Cafe' for a couple of months and our
students/staff/faculty really love it. It adds so much more to the OPAC,
and from what I've gathered, our patrons really appreciate it. Our problem
is that when we click on "More Information" for some of the items, we get a
blank screen. I do wish there were a way to tell the Innovative server that
if this ISBN does not have a TOC/Review, do not show the "More Information"
button. Enhancement maybe??

We are aware that a number of innovative libraries have used Syndetics
to incorporate book jacket images into their OPACs. On the other hand,
we don't know of many who are using the Content Cafe book jackets.
If anyone is using Content Cafe, would you mind sharing your experiences
with incorporating the images into your innovative OPAC? We are
seriously considering this product and we would like to know in advance
what other innovative libraries are using it, if you are happy, and if
there are pitfalls to look out for.
I will be happy to summarize for the list if you would like to email me
directly.
