We use it.  We really like the jacket covers and reviews. What we do not like is
the message you get when you click on More Information and there is not a review.
You get : "No review exists for KEY: 0312961685".  We really do not like that.  You
can see our catalog at http://vulcan.bham.lib.al.us/.  If you search by isbn for
0312961685 and click on the More Information button, you can see what I mean.

We have not had any problems with access.  We have had it about two years.
