- Subject: Tiger barcode wedge decoder - HELP!
Our library has a Tiger Barcode Wedge decoder which was bought as a
spare a number of years ago. We are now trying to install it and cannot
get it to read the barcodes properly. The User's Manual is not helpful.
The person who set up the barcode readers before is no longer here.
When we try to scan a barcode, the reader adds an "A" at the beginning
and a "b" at the end and brings you to the author index. I would
appreciate any suggestions.
