- Subject: RLG's ILL manager vs III's ILL
Hi, my question is related to RLG's ILL Manager and the ILL of Innovative. It seems to me that they share some common functions, yet each has its own advantages. e.g. the ILL of Innovative can conveniently use the patron's info stored in the catalog while RLG's ILL Manager can use the shares system for borrowing and lending. However, these two are not compatible with each other.
Any library using both of them or any particular reason of using one over ther other? If possile, share your experience or possibilities of connecting these two. Thanks.
