Perhaps you could create a list of bibliographic records that have items
attached, and the copy number in the item records is greater than, or
equal to 2. This way, you would avoid have to weed out monographic sets
and serials that have multiple records attached but no duplicate
volumes.

Subject: Creating list of bibs with multiple items attached

Has anyone found a way to create a list of just those Bib records in
your collection that have multiple items attached? I've been asked to
produce such a list for a massive weeding/remote storage project, and
the method of outputting huge review files to Excel and editing out the
single copies would probably take me all the way to retirement! I've
searched the list archives and user manual, and unless I'm using the
wrong search terms, I couldn't find anything on this.

I've opened a call with Innovative, but would greatly appreciate any
insights other libraries could offer in the meantime. Thanks!
