Well, Innovative replied to my call saying there *had* been problems with it not
being protected, but they should be resolved now. I've just tested it and the
field IS now protected, but the problem was that even though it DOES now show up
when you look at the table through Barb's route (mgmt info / info about system /
codes used / marc load tables / patron record) it still DOESN'T show up on the
way I was looking at the load table (additional system functions / alter system
parameters / system codes / set system options / database maintenance / edit
overlay protection list / patron record). I've had this problem before, where
these 2 routes don't lead to the same info, even though they should! So,
something still not *quite* right, but circactive is being protected so that's
the most imprtant thing :-)
