- Subject: New enhancements cycle open
We are pleased to announce that the new cycle for submission of
enhancement requests is now open. We would like to thank you for
your patience while we improved the enhancement process. New
features in the current cycle include:
* IUG username/password and your library's IUG membership number
must be used to submit a request
* Enhancement categories have been reduced to ten
* Submissions will be accepted all year long from now on
The request submission form may be accessed from the IUG enhancements
page at http://innovativeusers.org/enhancements/.
The IUG username and password were recently sent to the IUG contact at
each member library. Please ask your library's IUG contact if you don't
know the username and password.
To find your library's IUG membership number or the name of the IUG
contact, please go to the IUG member roster at
http://fpfaculty.cinstate.cc.oh.us/iug/
The current schedule is for all enhancement requests submitted by
January 31, 2004 to be considered for inclusion in the 2004 ballot.
We will shortly send a message to this list asking for volunteers to
act as Functional Experts. In the mean time please contact Corey and/or
myself if you have any questions about the IUG enhancement process.
