Naehyun, this came up a while ago. There's a message in the archives ... somewhere. On each separate workstation, you need to edit your gateway export settings in Catme. The host name must be an actual IP, not the domain name of your catalog. The timeout, retries, delay setting also matter. we use 20, 0 and 10 respectively.

There may be other factors, but this works for us.

Subject: Gateway export status

CATME users,

When I exports records into innopac from CATME, I get a gateway export
status. On some computers, it gives a detailed information (bib and item
#s, old and new titles if overlaying, etc.) and on other computers, it
just gives a same generic message that reads "Records are being read
from port device name. Bib and item records will be created." Does
anyone know where that's set up? We like the detailed message, but I
couldn't figure out where that's set up. We use Anzio Lite, if that
helps answering my question.

Thank you for any lead,

Naehyun Kim
