- Subject: Struggling with Z39.50 and the Help Desk
After 2 months of working with the help desk on this issue, we still cannot use Z39.50 from our site. We need it for OCLC at minimum. We have opened all ports listed in the documentation and a number that weren't (based on direction from the help desk). It still does not work. We have combed the manual and had our trainer and PM look into this as well. Nothing!
We are a new installation on Phase III and really, really frustrated with this. Can anyone help us?
