I have a client asking whether the cataloging full screen edit program
(Innopac, not Millennium) works with non-ASCII characters, specifically
Chinese characters displayed via UTF-8. Can someone answer that?
They are using Anzio, and have both it and their terminal type set to use
UTF-8. Other programs inside Innopac work OK, but this program does not.
