Proxy trouble? - Proquest NY Times

Anyone else had any trouble with Remote access to Proquest's New York Times?

We use proxy rewrite, and have been getting reports that remote users
occasionally cannot connect.

Our rewritten URL is:
	http://0-www.proquest.com.library.anselm.edu/pqdauto

In our forward table we've added the 2nd and 3rd entries:

*.proquest.com
www.proquest.*
proquest.umi.*

Not at all sure they help.
