I believe Innovative has to do this for you, it is worth calling their tech support for help and advice on. This is also the route I suggest you take for your problem with 246s---rather than delete them from records, ask tech support about removing them from the title index and OPAC display so that you can still use them in some future world, if necessary. You can (hopefully) always re-index your catalogue, but once you've deleted MARC fields, they're gone for good.
