- Subject: truncation with equals
We have an odd problem that we believe developed after installing Phase
3 (although it's possible we just didn't notice it before) - we can't
truncate a context-specified word/phrase search when using an equals
sign rather than a colon, although both work when there is no
truncation. For example, t:wolf and t=wolf both yield 180 hits, and
t:wolf* yields 268, but t=wolf* yields "NO ENTRIES FOUND". We have
checked several sites that are on Phase 3 and they seem to work fine
with either : or =, so maybe this has no relation to the upgrade. Does
anyone have an idea why this is happening and what we can do about it?
