Hi, I downloaded trial version and tried to follow your instructions. I had problem to follow this step: "2. You tell Millennium you want to print something via Workstation JetDirect". When you go to setup printer in Millenium there is no option such as Workstation JetDirect. Could you help me to clear it up.

Thanks,

No, never... well maybe one library... once...

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Here's the straight answer: yes, many libraries
have had trouble with printing from Millennium, and also from Innopac, its
character-based predecessor. Millennium made certain aspects of printing
more difficult because it runs in Java, which has limited printing
support.

Our AnzioWin product (not Anzio Lite) includes some logic called Print
Wizard, which can help with a number of problems in the Innopac
environment. For Millennium, where a telnet program is not involved, we
offer the freestanding Print Wizard program. Here is how it works in a
nutshell:

1. You run Print Wizard on a PC, in the background.

2. You tell Millennium you want to print something via Workstation
JetDirect.

3. Mill. sends the job to Print Wizard, which sends it on to a printer.

4. In the process, Print Wizard can analyze, format, customize, scale,
overlay, etc. the print job.

Then we can get into the particulars of each kind of print job, but not
here.

You can find info and demos on our web site.
