- Subject: Historyebook and WAM
We have encountered a difficulty is setting up the Historyebook database via WAM. We have access to the site from on campus. An off-campus user attempting to use the site encounters the following situation. The user is prompted for authentication through WAM. Upon entering the appropriate information, the user is taken to the Historyebook home page. We, therefore, feel the proxy rewrite is working correctly. However, when the user clicks on the home page's "search" button s/he receives another prompt for authentication from the Historyebook site. Our WAM table is set up using the information provided by the vendor with both the "www." and "*." variants.
Does anyone else have Historyebook set up successfully using the WAM? Or, has anyone else experienced the type of problem described herein?
